Pregnancy brings about significant changes in a woman’s body. Creating new life is a wonderful and joyous experience, however, the woman’s body’s work load is increased, which can result in fatigue and pain. What to expect

Each holistic pregnancy massage session takes at least 60 minutes and can go on up to 90 minutes. The mother will be supported with pillows as she lies on her side. She will be draped with a towel or sheet and only the body part that is being worked will be exposed.

The room will be comfortable, and quiet.

It is advised that you avoid eating a large meal before the massage or drinking large amounts of liquids.
